Comprehensive Construction Consulting, Inc. (CCC) is a construction consulting firm founded in 2007 that works collaboratively with owners and clients in both prime and subconsultant roles. Located in the historic Mondanock Building in Chicago, CCC has worked with public and private clients throughout the Chicagoland area for nearly 15 years.

CCC is an African American owned and certified D/MBE firm. We are prequalified by Cook County for Construction Management and Public Outreach as well as IDOT prequalified in Construction Inspection and LEED AP certified for new construction.

Client satisfaction drives the succes of every project. We accomplish this goal by establishing and monitoring strict timelines at every step of the building process. We maintain costs and schedules to meet the needs of our clients and ensure the on-time, within budget successful completion of projects. CCC project managers are involved at each stage of a project to ensure a collaborative approach as well as clear communication between stakeholders.
