This is an annex to an existing masonry school building and includes the construction of a two story annex and a new playground area. The critical element of this project was that it had to be constructed under difficult site conditions where an existing modular building had to be demolished. Isaac took over the Construction oversight task after the previous Project Manager left with only two weeks departure notice.
One of the major achievements was the analysis of the Project Schedule to reduce the number of days to complete the project and also to reduce the Change Order amount to $150,000.
This project used sustainable design - LEED Silver certified project building. The total construction dollar value for this project was $16 Million.
The CCC Team was the recipient of the 2013 Construction Project of the year for Construction oversight of the Rogers Elementary School renovation project.
