The project consisted of the constructed of an annex to an existing elementary masonry school building and the construction of a new playground area. The three story annex to included 19 new classrooms, a new Dining Center, hybrid cooking kitchen, roof top student area, selected renovations to the existing school, and associated site development work including a playground. Renovations also included a new elevator, ADA upgrades, and mechanical system upgrades.The critical element of this project was that it had to be constructed within a narrow urban site in an upscale area that required frequent construction debris clean up. CCC served as the Project Manager on this high profile project.
The total construction cost was $14 Million dollars and the project was completed on time and under budget. This PBC project used sustainable design- This was a LEED Silver certified building.
The CCC Team was the recipient of the 2013 Construction Project of the year for Construction oversight of the Rogers Elementary School renovation project.
