CCC has expereince in assiting agencies with the development and implementation of diversity programs to reduce barriers of contract participation for small and diverse construction and engineering firms. We are committed to ensuring that our clients successfully actualize diversity and incorporate equity and inclusion ideals and programming into their agency's culture. We assess the current diversity goals and programs of our clients and provide recommendations on improvement which may include revising agency diversity policies and programs as well as engaging the public and/or the small and minority construction and engineering community to gather information and to bolster the agency's image.
The CCC Team was the recipient of the 2013 Construction Project of the year for Construction oversight of the Rogers Elementary School renovation project.
