Jane Addams Memorial Tollway Reconstruction

Comprehensive Construction Consulting, Inc. participated in a Mentor-Protégé agreement under the instruction and guidance of Knight E/A, Inc. The Illinois Tollway’s mentorship program, Partnering for Growth Program (P4G) encourages prime consultants and contractors to assist small and diverse firms in remaining self-sufficient, competitive and profitable businesses. Partnering for Growth for Professional Services is contract based. Participation in this program allows the protégés to work with mentors on agreed-upon scope to help expand the protégé’s technical capabilities and develop skills needed to work with the Tollway. 

CCC staff performed on-site inspection, reviewed the layout of the contract, prepared daily activity reports, maintained documentation of contract quantities for the construction of roadway, retaining wall and bridge reconstruction and widening on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway from IL 25 (MP 56.8) to West of Higgins Road (MP 60.8) in Cook County, Illinois. CCC staff also oversaw pavement marking which included the reconstruction and widening of an additional lane in each direction as well as interchange pavement markings.
